Umm Al Quwain motorists have been given a 50 percent discount on their traffic fines by the RTA. This applies to all fines imposed before October 1st and this policy will be active from the 1 October to 3 December 2013.
This has been done to encourage motorists to pay their fines and renew their car registrations.
