Sultry Lana Del Rey of ‘Video games’ fame to set the tone for the Jaguar F-Type launch

Jaguar launched the XK with the “Gorgeous” campaign, with a little vocal help from actor Willem Dafoe. For the launch of the highly-anticipated F-Type, Jaguar has hired 26 year old  pop idol Lana Del Rey to endorse the sporting brand with her spastic charms of her voice and curves.

For the less informed, Lana is the indie pop songstress whose retro-chic and sensual overtone in her vocal delivery, as seen and heard in tracks like “Video Games” and “Blue Jeans” have brought her fame, besides the pout of her lips.

Del Rey’s music has been noted for its cinematic sound, Instagram-like cinematography and various references to the pop culture of the 1950s and ’60s Americana.
