The 12C Spider gets the reworked 616 bhp twin-turbo V8 that propels it from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.1 seconds. The car has a 7spd SSG (DCT), a 8,500 rpm red line and a 328 kmph top speed, achievable only with the top up of course.
In comparison, the tin top of the slower, less powerful 562 bhp, 198 mile an hour (320 kmph) Ferrari 458 Spider takes only 14 seconds to open or close.
