Italian flamboyance shines through the red and yellow paints of Ferraris and Lamborghinis, an eternal favourite with the papparazzi and the same plot is shared with their fashionistas and haute couture brands.
Prada, Italy’s leading fashion house, have pried away from the swank of counterparts by creating their 2012 Spring collection, one that dwells on flaming and chrome accentuated high heels.
The heels adorn fixtures that resemble automotive parts including spoilers, wings, taillights, chrome accents and flames.
It may not be to fashionable to date someone who has lived through the 50’s but if you like the tenor of the era, you would probably love for your partner to expose their perfectly tanned legs Prada style at the next company ball.
All said and done, it may be sinful and even sacrilegious for Prada to have missed out on the iconic Pink Cadillac edition.
