Here is what to expect from Ford’s latest additions to their line-up…
2018 FORD EXPEDITION FULL SIZE SUV
The 2018 Ford Expedition – now available in the Middle East – is a properly handsome and rugged full-size SUV and is all-new ground up. It has a great new design inside and out, is equipped with smart technologies, and delivers on the promise of more power…and is also expected to have greater towing capability than any other SUV in its class.
Under the hood is a second-generation 3.5-litre EcoBoost® twin-turbo V6 engine with standard Auto Start-Stop plus a segment-exclusive new 10-speed automatic transmission. Offering up to 400 horsepower on Platinum models along with a whopping 610Nm of torque, this new-generation Ford Full-size the most powerful Expedition ever. he last one we drove was a 2017 YM vehicle and that was plenty quick. This one is expected to be even quicker!
The new-generation Expedition’s Terrain Management System has up to 7 drive modes including a Sand Mode, paired with a 2-speed transfer case with low gear range and a rear electronic limited-slip differential that allows a full differential lock. So if the taking the beaten track is your style of travel, this may be your family’s perfect road companion.
The 2018 Ford Expedition also offers the best-in class leg room as well as hip room in both the second and third row seats.
