The Mercedes-Benz CLA is the newest model to the 16-car range from the Stuttgart auto-manufacturer; and there is no better way to introduce a model, than in its highest spec’ – the Mercedes CLA45 AMG!
It might seem like the light from the heavens (as seen in the picture above) is shining down on the svelte beauty, but it is quite worrying, how the market will react to another Merc’. Albeit, this is quite the looker; next to this the current C-Class looks like a 90’s model who thinks that wearing denims at the waist is cool
What you get under the hood of a CLA45 AMG is a turbocharged 2.0-litre turbocharged 4-cylinder with 360 horsepower and 332 pound-foot of torque, mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch transmission. Expect 0 to 60 mph times to be in the mid-4s and an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph (250 km/h)
The car will make its official debut at the New York International Auto Show alongside its model sister from the “90s” and the face-lifted E-Class.
