There is some good news for motorists in the UAE – there is a drop in fuel prices for the month of June 2017. This is a response to an international agreement by producers to extend the oil output cut.
Super or Unleaded 98 gasoline will be priced at AED 1.96 per litre, down from AED 2.01 per litre; while Special or unleaded 95 gasoline will retail at AED 1.85 per litre, down from AED 1.90 per litre in the May. Also, the cost of unleaded 91 gasoline has been lowered to AED 1.78 per litre from AED 1.83 per litre in May 2017.
There is news for truckers and alternative fuel vehicles, Diesel will now cost lesser at AED 1.90 a litre, as opposed to the price of AED 1.97 a litre in May.
