The boffins at BigDaddyCustoms have taken a plain-jane Chevrolet Optra, a.k.a. Daewoo Lacetti around the globe, draped steel and aluminium body work mimicking the “Eleanor”, the Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 made popular in 2000’s Nicholas Cage movie, Gone in 60 seconds.
The Eleanor was the trademarked name given to a 1973 Ford Mustang Mach 1 for its role in the 1974 film Gone in 60 Seconds. In the year 2000, the producers decided to re-take Gone in 60 Seconds with a new Eleanor based on the Shelby GT500 playing the protagonist.
BigDaddyCustoms have also added that custom silver paint job with racing stripes, alloy wheels with wider rubber to the muscle car look.
Few weeks ago it was a humble Tata Safari that got the make over, it is now an uglier Range Rover Evoque.
