You don’t have to be a fishnet stocking wearing vamp to pull over one of the world’s fastest and most expensive cars, the Bugatti Veyron. You could just be a eco-friendly-bicycle riding policeman in London to do that.
Within the Big Ben surrounds, driving without a front license plate is prohibited and that’s exactly the reason why this industrialist (probably?!) in his Bugatti Veyron got pulled over.
During the summer Olympics there were more policing bodies in town to enforce acceptable behaviour. Why would they not have more of them around during the rest of the year and perhaps, stop a riot or two.
In any case the driver of that black Veyron might have only received a warning for that offence, but his lack of intelligence for not comprehending the policeman’s instructions of parking the car to the side was unforgivable.
